The season of giving is almost upon us and I don’t think you guys realise just how much I really truly appreciate you for reading, commenting and following my blog – I love you all so much! It has also been a while since my last giveaway so I thought I’d do a little Pre-Christmas Giveaway.
I’m giving away a Yankee Candle Advent Calendar because as soon as I spotted it I knew it would be something I’d enjoy opening each day in the build up to Christmas and I hope the lucky winner feels the same way! I mean, who doesn’t like a Yankee Candle or 5? (or in this case 24!).
Hidden behind each door of the Yankee Candle Advent Calendar is a tealight candle in a seasonal scent such as Christmas Memories, Angels Wings, Cinnamon Stick, Icicles, Christmas Garland, Snowflake Cookie and Christmas Eve. There is also an extra treat on day 24!
The giveaway will end on the 25th of November giving me enough time to post the advent calendar to the lucky winner to arrive before the 1st of December.

Christmas is the best time of year for me! There are so many things I love about it but I think my favourite thing is that I get to spoil my loves ones rotten. I love finding the perfect gift for someone, especially when their face lights up after openeing it. Also, the food is kinda amazing…& you can’t beat the Christmas themed candles.

getting together with all the family. sister and brother-in-law have lived in the usa for seven years now and christmas is one of the few times they come over, as he works for the us navy. at christmas dinner there are 8 adults and 2 children, but we will have 3 children next year as we are happily expecting a new arrival as my niece is pregnant again. also love watching other people open their presents, i get really exicted about that for some reason.

after all the presents have been opened and the turkey has been eaten and everyone just sits back in a comfy chair and goes “aaaah”. Kids are a bit tired so no longer racing round screaming and everyone is just warm and happy and a bit sleepy. That’s my favourite part – the moment where it is enough just to be together, not really doing anything but chatting and relaxing

I love Christmas! I love spending time with my family and friends. I love eating and drinking my way through the month! i love going to Christmas markets and looking at all the goodies they have there (as well as eating and drinking all day!) i also love the long winter nights as it gives me a very good excuse to get wrapped up in blankets and sit in front of a cosy, warm log fire! :-)
