A New Look

You may have noticed that things have changed a bit around these parts – Hearting.co.uk has a brand new design! What do you think? I hope you love it as much as I do!

I’d been thinking of changing things up for a while, after over a year with the same design I was starting to get a bit bored and I wanted a bit more functionality – such as the featured posts in the sidebar and a sticky menu (yep I’d been eyeing those up for a while). I also really like having my Instagram pictures in the footer because Instagram is definitely my favourite social media! The design itself feels smarter and neater without being so different that my blog is no longer recogniseable – at least I hope you can still tell it’s me. I decided not to change my logo as I’m still rather happy with it and I didn’t want to completely rebrand, just felt like it was time for a new look.

As a result of the redesign I’m feeling pretty inspired. Inspired to continually improve my photography, my writing and content so if you’d like to see a specific post from me then do let me know. I always love to hear your suggestions!

I recently changed up my blog too, a whole new redesign and a new instagram. change is really important as well to keep up with the ever changing blogosphere! Your blog looks great, I love it! xx
