As promised, here is my full review of the Ciate Mini Mani Month. Opening a door each day in December with a little quote or comment on the back and a new mini paint pot was an absolute delight and felt like a real treat. The calendar included lots of pretty shades which I thought I’d share with you, I applied 2 coats of polish to all the swatches below.
Day 1: Ivory Queen | a peachy nude with a hint of shimmer. It applies evenly in 2 coats.
Day 2: Boudoir | featured here. A stunning tomato red that applies perfectly in 2 coats.
Day 3: Amazing Gracie | a very pale pink with a slightly difficult to work with formula.
Day 4: Pillow Fight | a stunning lilac grey that applies evenly in 2 coats. I’m really looking forward to trying this one!
Day 5: Caviar Pearls Silver
Day 6: Sugar Plum | a pastel lilac that I think would be perfect for Spring, this applies beautifully in 2 coats. Definitely a favourite of mine.
Day 7: Main Stage | featured here. A striking magenta that applies easily in 2 coats.
Day 8: Caviar Pearls Midnight in Manhattan | silver, black and light blue caviar pearls.
Day 9: Candy Floss | isn’t the name adorable? this is a gorgeous pastel pink that I absolutely adore. Applies evenly in 2 coats.
Day 10: Hoopla | a pretty peach that provides full coverage in 2 coats.
Day 11: Pepperminty | a pale minty shade that is opaque in 2 coats.
Day 12: Caviar Pearls Gold
Day 13: Encore! | a deep orange that looks almost red, 2 coats provides full opacity.
Day 14: Snow Globe | a beautiful top coat that contains holographic flakes, 2 coats adds extra sparkle.
Day 15: Glitter Twinkle Toes | a rainbow of sparkling loose holographic glitter.
Day 16: Chinchilla | a blue-grey that reminds me of a cloudy sky that provides full coverage in 2 coats. This is such an unusual shade, definitely another favourite of mine.
Day 17: Members Only | is very similar to Ivory Queen, it’s a shimmery nude that applies evenly in 2 coats.
Day 18: Tweed and Tails | is a khaki green that provides full coverage in 2 coats. I don’t own anything like it but I’m not quite convinced I like it.
Day 19: Sequin Dallas Dolly | red, orange and holographic silver loose sequins.
Day 20: Starlet | is a purple blue two-tone shimmer (that is very difficult to photograph!) that applies beautifully in 2 coats. I’m going to be wearing this on my nails very soon as it’s just so spectacular.
Day 21: Fit For A Queen | a stunning silver that provides full coverage in 2 coats.
Day 22: Hopscotch | a bright orange that I’m sure I’ll enjoy wearing in the Summer. It applies evenly in 2 coats.
Day 23: Caviar Pearls Cupid’s Arrow | pink and purple caviar pearls.
Day 24: Play Date | a bold pinky-red that provides full coverage in 2 coats.
I’m really happy with the majority of the polishes included in my advent calendar. I’m not sure I’ll get much use of the loose sequins/glitters and the caviar pearls but I’m really excited to try Pillow Fight, Sugar Plum, Candy Floss, Chinchilla and Starlet.

There’s some gorgeous shades here! I need to try Ciate…I’ve only just fallen in love with Essie nail varnish so maybe I should branch out more often :)

I was so tempted to get the Ciate calendar (but went for the chocolate alternative instead, as always! ;) ) and I’m so regretting not getting it now. The ultimate nail polish fiend’s gift, great review hun :)

I picked this up last year and I loved the range of polishes :) This years one looks just as fab, some of the colours are quite similar so I’m glad I didn’t pick it up but may see about getting another one at the end of this year :) xxxx
