I was browsing the Barry M sale (as you do) and happened to click on their ‘new in’ section, only to discover that they’ve released some new Gelly Hi Shine shades ahead of the spring months.
They’re not yet available online at Boots and they’re marked as out of stock on the Superdrug website, which leads me to believe that I’ve snapped these up when they’ve only just been released.
The collection includes four fresh pastel shades that apply beautifully evenly in two coats. Pastel nail polishes are notoriously tricky but Barry M have done it again (in truth I expect nothing less) with these four. I’m really looking forward to wearing these lighter tones over the coming months. It will make a nice change from the red and glitter polishes I’ve been coveting over the festive season.
Barry M Gelly Hi Shine Lavender
Lavender is a gorgeous light purple with a great name to match.
Barry M Gelly Hi Shine Iced Latte
Iced Latte is a soft yellow toned nude. It’s such an unusual shade that I know I’m going to love wearing.
Barry M Gelly Hi Shine Candy Floss
Candy Floss (another apt name!) is a pretty pale pink.
Barry M Gelly Hi Shine Berry Sorbet
Berry Sorbet is a subdued baby blue shade. I’m a sucker for a good blue nail polish and this is another shade I’m really looking forward to using.
They’re gorgeous, don’t you think? The epitome of spring!
At just £3.99 Barry M nail polishes always work out as amazing value for money (especially when they’re regularly on a 3 for 2 offer) and I’m yet to find a dud shade in recent years. If you’d like to try these new Barry M Gelly Hi Shine nail polishes for yourself you can pick them up for £3.99 on the Barry M website or Superdrug.
What do you think of the new Barry M Gelly spring shades? Do you have a favourite?
