Every year there are more and more beautiful diaries to choose from and every year I struggle to choose just one diary to help me stay on top of life. I find it impossible to resist pretty stationery, is anyone else the same?
I’m hoping that (despite the fact we are nine days into the new year) there are a few of you out there yet to pick up a diary for 2018 that might need a little help choosing. Last year I shared a post on my three favourite diaries for 2017 which you seemed to really like so I thought I would do a similar post this year. Enter my post on three of my favourite picks which (at the time of writing) are still in stock, to give you a little inspiration.
1. For the quote lover
Specimen A, this gorgeous Portico Paper A6 2018 Diary (£7.00) was a gift from my bestie that clearly knows me very well. This pocket sized diary has a striking cover with gold foil detailing and has playful and inspirational quotes at the start of every month.
This diary contains a 2018 year planner, an important dates section and lots of space for notes and daily appointments so there’s a lot more room in this handy diary than you might think. I think this diary would be perfect for someone that doesn’t like to carry a huge planner around with them but still wants a physical organiser.
2. For those that seek inspiration
My second choice for my Three Diaries of 2018 post comes in the form of this stunning Oliver Bonas ‘Work Hard, Play Hard & Be Kind’ 2018 Diary (currently reduced to £16 from £23). This rose gold beauty features month and week by week view, note pages aswell as fun quotes and wonderful designs throughout.
Don’t let the simplicity of the cover deceive you, hidden within this treasure chest of a diary you’ll find sections to document everything from 10 things you love right now to a Halloween costume design which makes it the perfect companion for any creative that wants to record new experiences and document as much of their year as possible.
3. For fans of quirky illustrations
My third and final choice is the hardback Kikki K 2018 Anything Is Possible Weekly Diary (£21.00). This bright teal A5 diary with gold foil detailing will provide your day to day life with a pop of colour. Who said diaries need to be boring?
Every single page of this diary is filled with delightful illustrations from rabbits to fruits and plants. It contains a yearly view, monthly view, weekly view, notes pages and perforated to do lists and shopping lists. It even has room to keep track of your wish list, movies, websites, books and restaurants and the back cover has a pocket folder containing a useful sticker sheet.
I think this diary would make a great companion for anyone that likes quirky illustrations and writing all the lists. With this diary, anything is truly possible (have I taken it too far?).
What do you think of my three favourite diaries for 2018? Which would you choose?
