There’s something about this time of year that makes me want to buy all of the festive nail polish sets. So far I have managed to restrain my purchases with the exception of the China Glaze The Glam Finale 2017 Nail Polish Set.
Christmas themed collections just make me feel all warm and fuzzy and the China Glaze The Glam Finale 2017 collection contains such a gorgeous range of shades perfect for the festive season. I’m a big fan of these mini kits as for £9.99 you get 6 polishes to try.
Disco Ball Drop
China Glaze Disco Ball Drop is a topper with a clear base with holographic glitter in various sizes from hex to micro. My swatch shows 2 coats.
Slay Bells Ring
China Glaze Slay Bells Ring is a gorgeous deep grey metallic that applies nicely in 2 coats.
Big Hair & Bubbly
China Glaze Big Hair & Bubbly contains gold glitter in various sizes (although they are smaller glitter particles than Disco Ball Drop) with a clear base. Again, I would choose to wear this as a topper but with 3-4 coats you could probably build this up to full opacity.
As Good As It Glitz
China Glaze As Good As It Glitz is an absolutely stunning metallic lilac. I love that this shade has been included within a festive nail polish collection as it is a bit different for this time of year. As Good As It Glitz applies evenly in 2 coats.
Sparkle On
China Glaze Sparkle On is very much a Christmas shade, it has a red jelly base with sparkly red glitter in a mix of sizes. This applies well in 2 coats.
The Perfect Holly-Day
China Glaze The Perfect Holly-day is a deep green shimmer with a matte finish. I think this would look lovely with a top coat too. I used 2 coats in my swatch.
Overall I’m really pleased with the China Glaze The Glam Finale set, it contains a variety of shades and finishes with both classics and more unusual shades, fit for the party season.
