As I have some catching up to do I have decided to review the November and December Glossyboxes in the same post. So without further ado..
In my November box:
De Bruyere Beauté Jumbo Eye Pencil in Bubble 07
Kiss Looks So Natural Lashes
Raffaello Chocolate
Ruby Professional Large Tapered Blending Brush
111Skin Bio Cellulose Facial Treatment Mask
This Works Deep Sleep Pillow Spray
The November edition centres around transformative quick fixes and it contains a great mix of makeup and skincare. I’m particularly looking forward to trying the super soft, cruelty free, Ruby Blending brush that can be used both for the eyes and face and the ultra moisturising sheet mask, 111Skin Bio Cellulose Facial Treatment Mask.
I also received De Bruyere Beauté’s Jumbo Eye Pencil in the shade Bubble 07 which is a very wearable shimmery taupe with a very creamy formula and a This Works Deep Sleep Pillow Spray which is filled with lavender, vertivert and chamomile.
Finally I received Kiss Looks So Natural Lashes which I’ll be passing on as I just don’t get on with false lashes and a Raffaello chocolate.
Overall I think all of the products in the November box fit the theme perfectly and there are lots of products I’m looking forward to trialing.
In my December box:
Essence Light Up Your Face Luminizer Palette
Lavera All Round Cream
Lipcote Browcote
Revlon Nail Enamel in Grey Suede
MDMFlow Lipstick in Bossy
My December Glossybox landed towards the end of last week and I couldn’t wait to unbox it after the strong November edition. The December box has a beautiful gold mistletoe design. Similar to the November box, this edition contains a great mix of products and in fact all 5 products are full size which is impressive.
Subscribers were able to choose between a berry toned or nude MDMLipstick, and I actually chose the berry shade but was sent the nude shade Bossy, which is a bit odd. Nonetheless, I’m still looking forward to trying this, especially as the RRP is £18.
I am also very much looking forward to trying the Essence Light Up Your Face Luminizer Palette as I’m a big Essence fan and the Lipcote Browcote which is a transparent gel for setting eyebrow makeup.
In addition my box contained Lavera’s All Round Cream which is described as a hydrating face and body moisturiser and a Revlon nail polish in the shade Grey Suede which is a shimmery grey beige – a bit of an unusual shade choice for the month of December.
Other than the shade mix up I can’t really fault the December Glossybox, it’s full of 5 full sized and varied products that I can’t wait to use.
What did you think of the November and December Glossyboxes? Do you have a favourite?
