The September Nailbox has a ‘Pumpkin Patch’ theme to mark the start of all things autumn. Let’s dig right into the contents of this month’s box, shall we?
Color Club Into The Woods | £5.95
Into The Woods is a smoked khaki. I’m not a big fan of khaki shades but I’ll give this a go nonetheless.
Elegant Touch Metallic Stud Gem Wheel | £4.95
This gem wheel contains various studs and stars in black, silver and gold. I actually rather like these, especially the black and silver gems. I’m sure I’ll find an opportunity to try these out.
OPI Where Did Suzi’s Man-Go? | £5.50-£7.95
OPI Where Did Suzi’s Man-Go? is a really pretty mid-toned orange, although a lovely shade, it doesn’t feel very autumnal despite being an orange.
Rimmel Beige Babe | £2.99-£4.49
Is a pretty earthy nude, I think I’ll wear this a lot more than Into The Woods.
Sinful.. Voodoo | £5.95
Voodoo is a glossy black. The name Voodoo is such a perfect fit for this nail polish!
Autumn for me symbolises rusty reds, orange and berry tones so I’m a bit underwhelmed with the shade range this month. Sure the September box does contain an orange nail polish, but it screams summer rather than autumn and as much as a nude or khaki shade might please some subscribers, for me, they’re both very similar shades to be featured in the same box. I’ve got my fingers crossed for October though!
