My October Glossybox has arrived and this month Glossybox have collaborated with beauty and lifestyle vlogger, Estée Lalonde. This month’s box contains a good mix of beauty, skincare and hair care which is a great start in my eyes.

Kicking things off, the first product I noticed within my box is a mystery brand’s new shampoo which is such a fun concept! The sample is a great travel size and promises to protect the health of hair and keep it both nourished and shiny. The brand will be revealed on Estée’s blog later in the month.

I also received a sample of The Body Shop’s Drops of Youth Concentrate which is a serum full of natural ingredients that helps to counteract the first signs of ageing as it softens, smooths and brightens. I’m actually really looking forward to trying this and if I like it I will probably buy the full size. I really like seeing brands like The Body Shop featured as I buy skincare from them anyway, but wouldn’t necessarily have picked this specific to try otherwise.

I was sent the Bee Good Honey and Camelina Facial Exfoliator which is said to exfoliate, hydrate and calm the skin and the Trifle Cosmetic Lip Parfait which is a buttery lip cream in rose pink. The pattern on the lipstick packaging is covered in fruit which is adorable!

My box also contained Universal Beauty Cosmetics’s Secret Flush, Soothing Cream Blusher and Lip Stain Duo (longest name ever!). I don’t tend to reach for cream blushes but it’s such a lovely shade of pink that I’ll have to give it a go.

Lastly, I also received a PS… Pro Graphic Eyeliner which is a water resistant liquid eyeliner that can be used to create either a thin or thick liner look.

All in all the October Glossybox isn’t bad my any means, it just has a lot to live up to after the awesome September edition, but I’m going to enjoy testing every one of these products nonetheless.

What are your thoughts on the October edition?
