My mouth is watering just looking at these photographs and luckily for me there are still 2 of these double chocolate salted caramel cookies in the kitchen with my name on. YUM. So yeah, basically these are THE best double chocolate salted caramel cookies I have ever tasted. FACT! I have Jess to thank for sharing the awesome recipe. Thank you Jess ♡
I did tweak the recipe slightly, I used a teaspoon of nutella per cookie rather than a tablespoon and I used Cadbury Caramel squares rather than Rolos and they baked perfectly in 10 minutes.
I baked these sweet treats on Sunday and 2 days later the centre is just as melty and gooey as per the above photos. They are oh so delicious! Like seriously, think-about-them-all-day-until-one-gets-in-my-belly kind of good.
I actually baked some Salted Caramel Cookies around this time last year, but, and I didn’t think it would be possible, these are certainly tastier and quicker to make as the dough doesn’t need chilling.
Anyone else had the urge to bake now that The Great British Bake Off is back on our screens? 1,2,3.. BAKE!
