The SEVENTEEN Mega Matte Lipsticks came out last month. There are 12 lipsticks in the range, from nudes to violets and reds. They cost just £4.49.

I was kindly gifted the shades Nude News* (pink toned nude), Looking Buff* (dark rosy pink nude) and The Coral of the Story* (pinky coral). All three shades are really pretty, I’ve been reaching for Looking Buff in the last week or so especially, as it’s a deeper, more Autumn appropriate shade. I wore The Coral of the Story a lot in August and Nude News is perfect when you want a more subtle lip.

I really like the packaging, the lipsticks come in a sleek matte tube with a chevron design at the bottom. They’re extremely light and quite compact which is perfect for slipping into a handbag.

These lipsticks have a really lovely formula, they don’t feel overly drying despite being a matte lipstick and in fact they’re quite creamy to apply and glide on smoothly.

The lasting time is also really incredible considering they’re just £4.49. I can go a good 5-6 hours without needing to retouch, especially when wearing Coral of the Story or Looking Buff.

I’ve been meaning to go into Boots and have a look at the other shades in the range as at this price point I MIGHT just pick up something a bit more daring to experiment with as I really am a fan.

Have you tried any of the SEVENTEEN Mega Matte Lipsticks?
