Merry Christmas Eve Eve! I’ve become quite the fan of glitter nail polishes, especially at this time of year as I have an excuse to go all out! Today I thought I would share with you 8 of my favourite Christmas glitter nail polish toppers. From left to right;
OPI Shine For Me
Shine For Me contains fine silver glitter with slightly larger blue glitter in a clear base. I think this will look gorgeous over a grey or red!
Nails Inc Globe Walk Snow Globe
Nails Inc Globe Walk is fairly new to my collection. Globe Walk works exactly like a snow globe, shaking the bottle rapidly and then applying immediately after gives an ultra glittery look or for a more subtle effect you shake the bottle more lighty to activate less glitter. I think this is such a lovely idea! Globe Walk contains gold glitter particles in a clear base and I honestly think this topper could work over any nail polish.
Nails Inc Royal Avenue
Royal Avenue reminds me of sequins! This glitter topper contains fairly large red, pink and gold hex glitter particles in a clear base. I think this would look stunning over a nude or dark shade.
Barry M Christmas Tree
I’ve featured Christmas Tree a couple of times before but it is far too festive not to include here! Christmas Tree has a clear base with a mix of green, red and silver glitters in different shapes and sizes including little stars. Last year I paired this with a deep red, which I rather like!
W7 It’s Christmas
I feel like It’s Christmas is the ultimate festive nail polish with its red, silver and green glitter strands, hex and micro glitter – it’s like Christmas in a bottle! I’m SO tempted to wear this one on Christmas day!
Mavala Magic Circus
Mavala Magic Circus contains red, silver, gold and green hex and micro glitter in a clear base. It’s another super festive nail polish topper with all the traditional Christmas colours. Magic Circus has mostly red glitter particles so I think this would work really nicely over a dark green.
Ciate Candy Craze
Candy Craze is another very festive glitter topper that contains green, white and red glitter. I love that this one contains white as it looks a bit like falling snow in a Christmas scene.
Topshop Party Piece
Party Piece is filled to the brim with hex and micro glitter in gold, silver, red, green, turqoise and orange – it’s so pretty! Although it doesn’t contain just the traditional Christmas colours I think it’s still perfect for this time of year.
What will you be wearing on your nails this Christmas? Is a glitter nail polish topper on the cards?
