This month’s Nailbox has the theme Creepy Colours in preperation for Halloween in October. I’m going to cut to the chase and tell you all about it.
Nails Inc Queen Victoria Street | £8.00-£11.00
Queen Victoria Street is a beautifully bright emerald green. I’ll enjoy wearing this in the coming weeks as a change from the classic berries and deep reds I’ll be wearing throughout the Autumn months.
Sinful.. Show Off | £7.95
The September edition is the first Nailbox that contained not just 1, but 2 brands I’ve never heard of before. Sinful.. Show Off is a stunning deep purple packed with shimmer. This is probably the shade I’m most excited to trial.
True Brit London Taxi Cab | £12.50
True Brit is the second nail polish brand in the September Nailbox that I’ve not come across previously. The square and weighty bottle feels so luxurious. Taxi Cab is a classic black with a 6-free formula. I love the Britisness of this nail polish brand, from the logo to the names of the nail polishes! I can’t remember the last time I wore a black nail polish alone on my nails, this is now definitely on the cards.
Nail Apothecary Toughflex Base Coat | £6.95
This base coat contains Toughflex technology for healthy growth, nail support and boosted nail health. It also promises a super speedy drying time. I’m always intrigued to try new base coats and top coats.
6 Nail Art Tools
This month’s box also came with 5 different nail art tools from various brushes to a nail dotting tool. I’ve been saying for a long time that I need to start experimenting with nail art, maybe this is just the push I needed!
Another wonderfully curated box from Nailbox. The colours fit the Creepy Colours theme perfectly and I’m impressed that I’ve been introduced to 2 new nail polish brands that I hadn’t heard of previously. I’m also feeling inspired to try out the nail art tools. I can’t wait to see the contents of the October box!
