Worrying can be all consuming; so much so that it can stop us from enjoying moments of happiness because we are so wrapped up in worry. When really, worrying won’t stop the bad things from happening and I think that is something that is all to easy to forget.
So here is to a worry-free week, lets focus our energies on something productive, the positives, things we can impact and change rather than worrying about the things that are out of our control.
