Base Coat | Miss Sporty Peel off Base Coat
Colour | Ciate Main Stage
Glitter | Rimmel Space Dust in Luna Love
Top Coat | OPI Top Coat

Ciate Main Stage was behind the door of day 7 of my Ciate Mini Mani Month. It’s such a striking magenta that I couldn’t wait to test it out on my nails. I applied two coats but you could probably get away with one coat as it has quite a thick formula. I found application easy and 2 coats provided an opaque finish.

I thought Main Stage could look lovely with some sparkle so decided to pair it with Rimmel Space Dust in Luna Love. Luna Love has a similar magenta tone with a stunning shimmer, it contains holographic glitter of varying sizes and leaves a textured finish. 1 coat of polish applied smoothly and provided full coverage over Main Stage.

I think Ciate Main Stage and Rimmel Luna Love are the perfect combination for the party season and I think both polishes really compliment each other.

I really like the MUA Peel Off Polish as a base coat for glitter polishes (you can read my review here) however as it’s clear it can be difficult to know when it’s dried to apply the next coat. I recently spotted the Miss Sporty peel off base that goes from white to clear once dried and I wanted to see how it compares. Look out for a review in the coming weeks.

How do you like to make removal of glitter polishes easier? Any tips?
