My Little Cosy Box took a very long time to get to me, and actually arrived in the second week of December. I contacted the customer service team at the end of November and they informed me that they were having issues with their delivery service, I had also received a dispatch e-mail even though my box hadn’t been sent so I was kindly given a refund to make up for the inconvenience which I think is pretty good customer service. It would have been nice for My Little Box to notify me that they were having issues with their delivery service rather than me having to contact them but I can live with that.
Was it worth the wait? Yes, yes, yes, I’m completely smitten with the November My Little Box edition. This month’s box has a cosy theme (which seems rather familiar) and contains two of my favourite products – mascara and nail polish so it won me over right from the start. My box contained a mini Essie Cute As A Button (such an adorable name!) which is a lovely coral-pink shade and one of the brand’s best sellers. I probably won’t be wearing Cute As A Button this side of Christmas but I’ll definitely show it some love in the New Year to brighten the Winter days.
Little Beauty’s Volume and Care Mascara promises to volumise, regenerate and stay in place all day. It is meant to keep lashes seperated and contains beeswax, jojoba and sesame oil. The Little Beauty products always have such beautiful packaging and I can’t wait to try this mascara.
The final beauty product in my box was the Arcancil Star Liner Waterproof Eyeliner. I like to use eyeliner on my waterline and I often choose to use a black eyeliner so this will definitely be used, especially as it’s waterproof.
The lifestyle extras are adorable as ever and have clearly been thoughtfully selected to fit with the cosy theme. My Little Cosy Box contains an espresso mug that is beautifully illustrated and has the text “How is your day gonna be?” on the outside with “Happy” written on the inside which is extremely cute. I won’t be using this for coffee (as I don’t drink it) but I will be using it for mini hot chocolates, in fact I’m going to make one as I type this. I also received My Little Bouillotte by Tsumori Chisato which is a little red and white reheatable cushion – it is such a delightful addition and perfect for keeping warm in the Winter months.
If I was slightly disappointed with the October box, the November My Little Cosy box completely made up for it despite it being late. The attention to detail with every box is so impressive and you can tell a lot of thought goes into what is included in each box. I really hope the December box is just as amazing and arrives on time!
