In celebration of spring, this month’s My Little Box centres around flowers with the My Little Flower Book. I really like that instead of the classic box, the April contents comes in a reusable storage box designed to look like a book so that items can be hidden within it. I will certainly be keeping my box to store things in as it’s far too beautiful not to.
My April box contains 3 beauty items. The first being a Nails Inc nail polish in the shade Westchester – I had to do some digging as the nail polish itself doesn’t say but I’m pretty sure it’s Westchester. Westchester is quite a vampy deep red so it seems a strange shade for a spring themed box.. but I’m sure I’ll enjoy using this later in the year nonetheless.
I also received L’Occitane’s Pivoine Flora Shower Gel which has a gorgeous floral scent. One thing I do have to praise My Little Box for is that the samples are always very generous, this shower gel is a great size and will last me ages!
In addition I was sent My Little Beauty’s Rosy Mornings Detoxifying Mask containing vitamin C and active fruit extracts to promote glowing skin. I’m looking forward to trying this as I do love a face mask.
Aside from the pretty storage book-style box, April’s edition also contains 2 lifestyle items. A Pop Up Garden which is such a fun idea and a Travel Pouch with 2 seperate compartments for underwear which is really handy and something I’ll definitely be using on my next trip.
The April My Little Flower Book has probably been my favourite My Little Box this year, apart from the slightly disappointing Nails Inc shade choice everything else in the box is really lovely and things I’ll really enjoy trying.
